Planning to fly to Brazil a few days prior to New Year's Eve to celebrate in Rio.
I know New Year's Eve is a huge event in Rio and I am looking for recommendations for site seeing and also where to go on New Year's Eve to get the best Rio De Janeiro experience.
Tips on cheap rooms and great food would be appreciated!
